Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rails items, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All items must have original tags attached and be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your return package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all old shipping labels are covered, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
